Job Description
We are currently looking for a Rewards & HR Services Manager to be based in Singapore, and be responsible for implementing rewards and benefits strategies. This role will assist in reviewing that rewards, benefits, policies and performance are locally competitive and focused on diversity and inclusion to ensure accessibility and equality of approach to all colleagues. The successful candidate will also oversee HR operations to ensure efficient and reliable execution.
Reporting into the Head of HR Southeast Asia, this role will be accountable for ensuring that our total compensation package is guided by our philosophy which is geared towards providing employees with a locally competitive total compensation package and a strong employee benefits programme, so as to attract and retain the best talent for the business.
