A Hybrid working model

Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the HR Director, APAC.


  • Dealing with a high volume of roles, you will source and acquire talent at all levels, recruiting correctly skilled staff for a variety of roles across the agency for several markets in APAC
  • Driving direct recruitment and not relying solely on recruitment agencies and ad-response
  • Representing our brand and being the first point of contact and interviewer for all candidates; shortlisting and recommending candidates for second stage interview with Line Managers
  • Building good relationships across the Hogarth business, especially with senior management, consulting them where necessary using your recruitment expertise
  • Enhancing and developing our Employer Brand and Client Brand
  • Keeping up to date with industry news
  • Successfully negotiating candidate remuneration and managing offers to candidates while working closely with the HR department to coordinate contracts and start dates
  • Utilising and managing social media for direct recruitment enhancing and developing our Employer Brand
  • Writing job descriptions and advertisements as well as deciding how and where jobs will be advertised
  • Organising and collating job role information and candidate interview notes in a clear and concise manner
  • Database management for candidates and suppliers
  • Any other ad-hoc HR support
  • Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of talent acquisition experience, strong knowledge and expertise in Advertising/Media Recruitment across all disciplines is preferred
  • Adept interviewer, preferably experienced at competency-based interviewing
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills demonstrable evidence that they can build relationships at all levels of the business, be trusted and known to always act with integrity
  • Organised structured in approach so that the recruitment process is recorded effectively and candidates are impressed by the process as well as those recruiting
  • Strong emphasis on building a direct candidate pool
  • Ability to manage a high volume of change and deal with ambiguity
  • Sense of urgency, can do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Gravitas to be able to gain respect and be sought out for their advice
  • Experience dealing with senior management
  • Highly driven and focused with high energy levels
  • Design, implement and measure sourcing strategies that support and drive targeted and diverse candidate pipelines
  • Proactive nature to provide recommendations to improve processes relating to the delivery of recruitment services to the business
  • An interest in people career development
  • Sound commercial understanding
