Roles & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the human resources related work of Meiqi Jiacheng Group. Provide suggestions, planning and operations for departments formation.
  • Provide human resource support for organizational development. Conduct regular organizational inventory to boost up the business by recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary, employee relations, etc.
  • Promote company-level changes in business departments, be responsible for improving the systems and procedures of human resources in business departments; improve the efficiency of human resources operations.
  • Inherit the company culture, carry forward values, build communication channels, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization.
  • Proactively engage in various forms of contact and effective communication with management, business supervisors and employees to ensure that information is delivered.
  • Have an in-depth understanding to regional labour law practices which includes SEA, Greater China due to the role being a regional and global capacity
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of IT/Internet/electronic business human resources work experience, have worked in well-known start-up companies, HRBP/HRG experience in consulting companies, Internet companies, and Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
  • Familiar with the procedure of human resources, have a certain OC, OD sense, have rich experience and in-depth thinking in a certain module such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, organizational culture, and organizational development.
  • Working experience in multinational Internet companies, industry work experience familiar with streaming media, short videos, games or social tools, and overseas work experience are preferred.
  • Independent thinking, high curiosity, innovative thinking and proactive for organizational development; possess structured systematic thinking and logical thinking, communication and learning ability, proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure.
  • Possess excellent project experience and project management ability, can coordinate internal and external resources to cooperate with others to achieve results.
  • Able to speak, read and write proficiently in English, Mandarin as it is required to communicate professionally with regional counterparts
