Reporting to the Managing director, you will be working with the global Head of HR based in Europe to lead HR Business Partner activities in Asia.

Reporting to the Managing director, you will be working with the global Head of HR based in Europe to lead HR Business Partner activities in Asia.
Job Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner for Singapore, South East Asia India and China, handling spectrum of HR including employee relations, welfare and communication programs to support culture building and employee engagement in a matrix/virtual environment
  • Partner with country leadership teams and functional heads in developing people strategies and initiatives, organisational interventions, change management, annual business planning, capability building including deployment of HR processes and programmes in the locations to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure talent pipeline and development plan are in place for critical roles in the respective markets. Identify talent gaps, develop and implement development plans to support talent and succession plan
  • Develop and implement regional/local organisational development initiatives to build a high performing culture, drive productivity and value creation, employee engagement and develop organisational capabilities to achieve the desired future-state
  • Manage the full spectrum of employee life cycle (including onboarding and offboarding) and ensure timely execution of HR processes (talent acquisition, outsourced payroll, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, recognition and rewards, employee relations, workforce administration, etc.)
  • Process lead and ensure timely deployment of various core HR programmes ( HRIS, HR metrics, reports and analytics, talent acquisition, engagement and culture, recognition, etc.) to enhance talent retention, engagement and development in the region
  • Lead workforce planning, develop and execute hiring strategy to support business needs
  • Coordinate work pass applications, renewals and cancellation to support mobility management
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local laws and regulations
  • Oversee talent acquisition, outsourced payroll, compensation and benefits, etc

    • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management or equivalent
  • Regional Travelling is required when covid situation improves
  • Good knowledge of complex labour laws and employee relations in Southeast Asia
  • Ability to develop HR strategies and plans as well as hands on application of organisational development knowledge and theories
  • Initiative and the right attitude and mindset to make a difference in the business
  • Strong communications, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
