  • Oversee the HR function in Singapore and APAC regions.

    Adecco is partnering with a Chinese based Tech MNC and they are looking for an HR Manager to set up the HR team in Singapore and HR Road Map. Prior experience in setting up HR team structure is highly preferred

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the architect to set up the HR team in Singapore and HR Road Map
  • Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training Set, implement, and monitor effective performance metrics to deliver an effective HR function
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment retention, and succession planning.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
  • Develop, review, and manage a performance appraisal.
  • Actively identify the gaps in the organization's HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
  • Candidate with experience in tech industry and policy creation and implementation will be an advantage.
  • Develop and implement HR activities, policies, and mechanisms to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and philosophy, fit for scale, as well as compliance with legislation
  • Attract and retain top talents, while continuously maintaining a constant pipeline of talents
  • Set and implement an effective performance management framework
  • Develop and implement an effective rewards and recognition program
  • Support HQ for HR system implementation
  • Play a key role in culture building/assimilation as well as employee engagement
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc.
  • Job Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity with the ability to engage, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Prior experience in HR process improvement is a plus
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management experience to drive changes and innovation
  • Adept in being customer focus and strong attention to details, analytical and resourceful.
  • Highly adaptable and demonstrate agility to thrive in a fast pace & evolving environment.
