Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective HR policies and processes in accordance with the business plans in the region
  • Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy with respect to HR issues
  • Maintain HR systems and procedures for management in line with corporate systems
  • Define, advice and implement compensation policies
  • Manage staffing, development and training activities
    Counsel managers on handling personnel problems & other HR issues
  • Advisory and assistance at change processes of the organisation
  • Ensure execution of payroll and personnel benefit administration
  • Provide business partnering roles to the regions assigned by providing timely and expert advice relating to HR
  • Talent management and succession planning process and administration
  • Requirements:

  • Deg with 7-10 years experience in MNCs
  • Familiar and experience in APAC territories
  • Excellent verbal & written communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work, coach and influence people of different levels from diverse culture backgrounds
  • Proficient in Ms office
