Description :
JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as a business partner in providing advisory and operational support to business efficiency
Communicates area of objectives, Company policies and procedures to the employees
Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing of suitable candidates through advertisement placement or recruiters, interview arrangement, conducting of interviews and reference checks
Justify and make recommendations on salary package for suitable candidates accordingly to internal & external equity
Manage HR administration services such as preparation of employment letters, on-boarding, work pass processing, insurance renewal & updates etc
Conduct induction program
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
Coordinate performance management confirmation and periodic review
Perform market research on salary and compensation & benefit information of the industry
Identify and evaluate training needs and plan & design various training programs in order to ensure a competent workforce exists to meet the organizations objectives and growth
Administer income tax matters e.g. income tax submission, annual tax filing requirement etc
Manage all employee related matters
Manage relevant HR & Facilities budgets making recommendation for future years
Prepare & generate monthly HR reports
Support Head Office with ad-hoc requests for HR statistics/information
Participate in HR related projects and improvement initiatives rolled out from corporate HR from time to time
Manage office administration/facilities, ensuring efficient & effective contracts with external parties for the maintenance and use of office premises, office equipment, systems etc
As a central contact person, coordinate and handle legal issues for the region in alignment with the Legal department in the Head Office
Effective relationships established with all other departments within the Asia Pacific region and Head Office
Building effective working relationships with global HR departs and Head Office and contribute to development & implementation of the regional policy
Any other ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned form time to time

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management/Business with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as HR generalist/business partner, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
Experiences in handling regional portfolio for 3 years.
