Roles & Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to take on a regional compensation and benefits role with a fast-growing Singapore company. You will partner offices in the region to manage and administer related policies and processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the share plan for the Group, including maintaining the share administration system, staff training, seeking approval for grant and vesting, budgeting, and working with auditor/vendor on valuation
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process including tax submission for local & overseas employees, and work with the respective payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage and track the annual staff cost budget for the Group
  • Support C&B projects such as salary benchmarking, benefits review, annual budgeting exercise
  • Manage government statutory submission & claims
  • Keep abreast of relevant local labour laws and mandatory contributions
  • Key requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, HR or relevant fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in the area of payroll and compensation & benefits, such as budgeting, salary analysis and share plan administration
  • Strong in numerical skills and the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SuccessFactors will be advantageous
