About the Company:

Our client is one of the Fast Growing MNC Retail Brand.

With the rapid expanion across APAC region, they are adding a new headcount for HR Manager to oversee the regional HR Strategy and operation across APAC, reporting directly to the Head of HR, APAC station in HR.

About the job:

Business Partner, Corporate Policies and Procedures:

  • Partner, consult, and provide proactive solutions to sophisticated senior executives on strategic workforce planning, learning and development, organizational development, and more
  • To contribute to the development of HR strategy and manage the implementation of effective people solutions across the region
  • Ensure the entitlements of agreements are upheld and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Improve the HR processes by reviewing, elaborating, formulating and enhancing policies and procedures
  • Review and revise employee handbook and policies in compliance to local labor ordinances
  • Monitor changes and updates on local labor ordinances and provide advisory to Local Business Leaders in implementing the alternatives
  • Work closely with all managers and key personnel to promote the company culture as defined and set an appropriate example
  • Participate in projects with the broader global HR team

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management:

  • Work with Recruitment team on develop, drive and maintain frontline recruitment strategy, aligned with global and regional HR strategy, reviewing regularly to ensure delivery and freshness
  • Act as the Business Partner to communicate with line managers to understand, define and budget people requirements for frontline retail and office
  • Manage and approve the groups and overall personnel changes
  • Provide a thorough internal recruitment service which utilises a variety of methodologies and sources

Performance Management Compensations & Benefits:

  • Check monthly payroll, commission calculation for retail staff and payslip and work closely with the Payroll Vendor
  • Participates and supports surveys and benchmarks for C&B Project in order to maintain and enhance competitiveness
  • Lead the for annual budgeting exercises across the region
  • Provide direction to the regional operation leader in performance management and appraisal exercise
  • Manage the performance reviewing processes

Skills & Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of HR related experience required
  • Candidates from retail sector would be a definite advantage
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
