As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of the strategy framework of the HR functions, and drive continuous improvement to HR Operations across the APAC region.

Provide strategic insights to assist in the development of HR policies, processes, or activities that are aligned with business objectives.

Develop and implement Learning strategy, interventions and programs that are relevant to develop employees growth potential and build organizational capacity

Support resource planning through managing recruitment and selection including preparation of job descriptions and job advertisement, conducting interviews and managing onboarding and offboarding processes

To collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to employee engagement and talent management.

Conduct job evaluation and compensation and benefits bench-marking and analysis against industry trends

skills and experience required

To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. At least 8-10 years of experience as a Seasoned HRBP, preferably in an IT or high-tech organization along with a collaborative approach to working at a regional level.
