Our client, a leading global provider in the maritime industry is looking for a result driven and highly motivated HR Manager. They are expanding quickly in the region and is looking for someone to lead the HR function in Singapore.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be working closely with the senior leaders in Singapore and Philippines. You will be responsible for implementation of the Group HR strategy and frameworks, business partnering locally across the full range of HR disciplines and for driving continuous improvement to HR Operations.
Act as single point of contact for managers and employees, working closely with the stakeholders to improve business performance
Develop and implement Regional HR Strategy for Singapore and Philippines offices by aligning with the Global HR strategy
Lead business partnering activities in Singapore
Oversee the implementation of annual performance and pay adjustment process
Support Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
Partner with line managers in recruitment and selection process
Ensure HR compliance with local regulations
Ideally, you should have 8 years of experience, preferably gained from Heavy machineries, Maritime or oil and gas industries. In addition, you should have the following:
Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
A proactive and independent individual
Experience with cloud-based HR systems such as SAP Success Factors
