Reporting to the HR Director, this role would be primarily responsible for the implementation and localisation of global HR strategies and frameworks.
In addition, this role would be expected to perform HR Business Partnering responsibilities to stakeholders in multiple offices across Singapore.
Lastly, this role would act as the go-to person for general HR operations in Singapore, e.g. payroll approval, Compensation & Benefits, liaison with MOM, recruitment, onboarding etc.
To be considered for this opportunity, you would be require to possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in hands-on HR operations.
You would also be required to demonstrate previous exposure and/or experience to tweaking and implementing strategies from a global origin.
HR business partnering experience would also be highly advantageous.
