Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in data load, design, development, testing, and deployment of Ninja Vans HRIS
  • Gather and document user requirement in a proper manner (translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications to guide development)
  • Streamline HROPs processes by identifying and pushing for automation via technology
  • Explore and harness new technologies to drive digitalization and transformation of HRIS/HRSS to deliver a High-Impact, Sustainable and future ready workforce
  • Partner closely with the regional in-country HR in their HRIS deployment and ensure that most processes are aligned with Regional HQ
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a technical related course
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in implementation and configuration of HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Possess and display good verbal & written communications, presentation, and ability to influence stakeholders and partners across vendors and teams
  • Analytical, resourceful and possess great problem-solving skills
  • Understand HR regulatory policies and audit procedures for HRIS security
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices and processes
