Our client is a fast growing hospitality group in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, an excellent HR opportunity has arisen

 

We are now seeking for a REGIONAL HR BUSINESS PARTNER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the talent acquisiton teams of corporate and overseas offices in meeting overall recruitment activities
  • To understand the hiring needs and market conditions in order to provide the accurate HR strategic thinking and professional advice to the business leaderhsip
  • To perform end-to-end recruitment function including bulk hiring, career fair, on-site support, MT programmes etc.
  • To work closely with the line managers to formulate and implment HR strategies and solutions
  • To provide consultative and opeartional support to line manager on HR matters including HR policies and procedures, performance managment etc.
  • Manage monthly payroll report to ensure accurate and timely salary pay-out
  • To maintain and administer HRIS
  • To participate in ad hoc HR projects and new initiatives

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years solid HR experience of which a focus in generalist functions gained from sizable multinational company
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS application
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Execellent command of English, both written spoken
