Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition - ASEAN, youll be responsible for the deployment of Reckitts attraction sourcing strategy at a regional level.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver attraction and sourcing strategies across the region, develop recruitment marketing initiatives, and build our employer brand regionally.
  • As a key member of the attraction and recruitment marketing team, youll translate business plans into talent strategy.
  • Create vision, brand, and identity across the region; you will scan the market and provide intelligence on where the potential best talent lies in the region, and then ensure access to that talent, engaging and attracting both active and passive candidates.
  • Understand whats needed tomorrow and lead initiatives to develop and deliver recruitment marketing projects, such as targeted social media and other comms campaigns CRM, and talent pools.
  • Develop guidance and toolkits to deliver the social media and communications strategy at a regional level.
  • Comfortable with content and asset creation as you are with channels and insight.
  • Build engagement and embed change when required
  • Youll develop a winning attraction strategy for the ASEAN and Greater China region.
  • Constantly keep the business up to date about the talent landscape, and act as a trusted advisor, partner, and influencer in attracting top talent within the region.
  • Have a good understanding of strategies and interventions to influence behaviors and deepen emotional connections.
  • Able to work under pressure in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Focus on leading the employer branding and attraction strategy for Reckitt in ASEAN and Greater China region, through a partnership with our global attraction, regional talent acquisition teams, by implementing and running programs to make Reckitt ASEAN & Greater China destination employer.
  • Author the core career content on all recruiting-related company profiles and pages - including our career site and employer marketing sites.
  • Support the content development of Reckitt narratives that strive to enable business success and contribute to making our offices the place where the best people in the industry come together.
  • Shape the candidates engagement and champion the cultural values ofthe organization across different touchpoints.

  • Requirements
  • Recognized Degree qualifications.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in an international environment - from company, agency, or consultancy side.
  • Creative and self-motivated, you build collaborative working relationships which allow you to enthuse and influence other senior leaders.
  • Able to influence people with results and right attraction strategy.
  • Strategic thinker but can also turn plans into action.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic individual responsible for executing strategic communications and regional programs that brings excitement among Reckitt TA team and stakeholders, with special focus on our employees.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
