Commonwealth (3 mins walk from MRT station)
Basic salary shall commensurate with relevant experience & qualification
Follow up closely with new and existing clients on hiring status.
Develop and build good rapport with new & existing clients to establish in-depth understanding of their business nature, hiring standards, practices, requirements, and expectations.
Discuss problems faced and propose possible solutions to bridge the gap.
Liaise on contracts and agreements, rates negotiations.
Internal & Management:
Oversee and manage a team of Recruiters.
Assign projects and allocate jobs to team members, provide guidance and mentorship.
Work closely with the team on job openings, ensure that requirements and expectations between Employers and Talents are met.
Conduct regular objective meetings with team members.
Share insights, discuss, and understand challenges faced by team members.
Weekly reporting and sharing sessions with Sales Director and other Account Managers.
Achieve quarterly sales and delivery KPIs assigned.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences. Preferably with 360 recruitment experience.
- Excellent analytical skill and leadership
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful and be able to multi-task
- Positive mindset and strong initiative in continuous improvement
