If you have the passion, then we have the opportunity for you.Were recruiting for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join one of our most iconic global clients onsite in their centrally located office in Hong Kong.

This is a unique opportunity where youll partner with the Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the Asia TalentAcquisition marketing strategy. Youll support theSenior Recruitment Marketing Manager and director in implementing projects related to recruitment marketing, social media and digital marketing initiatives.

Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager, youll act as theTalent AcquisitionRegional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for social media and recruitment marketing. Youll partner with our onsite teams toincrease engagement andimplement anddrive the social media strategy. In addition to this, youll partnerwith the local People (HR) andTalentAcquisition teams to provide make sure the internal and external campaigns run seamlessly.

But we wont stop you there.

Youll be responsible for managing and executing content development and creative social media campaigns. Youll also develop the growthstrategy forthe regional talent community. As an SME youll also help educate and train the HR andTalentAcquisition teams on tools and technology availableand create key performance indicators and reporting metrics for marketing initiatives and measuring ROI.


Qualifications

About you:

Someone who is a confident self-starter, hands on, motivated, proactive and extremely well organised is just who were looking for!Youll be a social media guru, with a deep passion for and good understanding of all things recruitment marketing.Youll have some work experience in advertising or digital marketing and will have thorough knowledge of social media channels, tools and reporting. Youll be a master copywriter, with the ability to create editorials with a high level of attention to detail.

Our clients business languages are English, Cantonese and Mandarin, so a native/ near native trilingual reader and writer in both, is a real plus
