Recruitment Manager/Executive (Good remuneration package)

The incumbent will be tasked to build up a team of Consultants to achieve the goals set. You will be responsible for hiring new Consultants and providing guidance and training to these new hires to ensure KPIs and sales target are being met.
You will also be required to build relationships directly with new or existing clients, gather their requirements and develop appropriate recommendations and solutions to close deals. Using your experience and resources, you will be responsible to search potential candidates from various databases to match your clients requirements.
This role comes with an attractive basic salary with a high commission rate and comes with a profit sharing scheme.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with managing a team of Consultants. You should have the desire to achieve goals and at the same time provide good leadership to your dedicated team of Consultants.
This role comes with very attractive direct commission as well as profit sharing for the team you build.
