Job Description

Michael Page is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business. You will be trained to become responsible for all steps of the recruitment process including identification and management of potential candidates, client relationship management and business development. You will be responsible for conducting interviews with candidates and on-site client meetings with a view to developing your own reputation.

  • To interview and meet suitable candidates for our clients
  • Sourcing relevant candidates to provide shortlists for assignments
  • Advertising jobs online - writing adverts for online career boards to attract relevant candidates
  • Business Development - calling clients and meeting with them, gathering market information and portfolio
  • Managing the recruitment cycle from the start to offer management

*Must be able to speak fluent English and Cantonese

*Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
