  • Job Description:

    Managing the full spectrum of recruitment (360 recruiter role) from business development, sourcing of candidates, fulfilment of job orders and client relationship maintenance.

    Leading for business developing, client management and widely talent acquisition.

  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates for the full process of recruitment including shortlisting suitable candidate, coordinate on interview arrangement, offer negotiating, contracting signing and on-boarding.
  • Develop relevant and effective sourcing strategies and provide consultative services to meet recruitment needs; lead searches, build a network with key talents in the market and a healthy candidates pipeline for strategic/critical roles.
  • Apply a range of sourcing techniques, tools and avenues, along with a deep understanding of the appropriate channels to attract the right candidates
  • Prepare documents of the whole recruitment procedure, including on-boarding, billing and follow up on payment status.
  • Manage recruitment outsourcing projects.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment agency, preferrable in fields of IT, Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Engineering & Construction.
  • Ability to handle at least 3 - 5 client accounts and 20 30 opening positions concurrently.
  • Experience in leading a team with training and strong willingness to build and lead a winning team.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in contribution to the companys developing, expanding and success.
  • Target driven, self-motivated and passionate for success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to provide great candidates experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimum instruction as well as a good team player.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
