Our client is a leading FB production and retailer across APEX. They now looking for an Assistant HR Manger to lead the recruitment team and assist in managing the HR team in general.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the recruitment team
  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interview to offer negotiation on-boarding, etc.
  • Manage the employee cycle from orientation, performance review, employee retention exit interviews, etc.
  • Provide consultative and operational support to line managers on talent acquisition and employee relations
  • Assists in assigned ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Min. 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment preferably gained from FMCG industry. Experience in Employee Relations would be a bonus
  • Good command of written and spoken English Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Immediate available is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
