Understand the workforce and hiring requirements by interacting with the Heads of Department to understand their recruitment needs.
Handle day-to-day management of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks and timely placing candidates in the appropriate positions.
Able to handle mass hiring projects (50 to 100 headcounts per month).
Maintain strong sourcing contacts to assure a source of potential applicants.
Leads and supports designated recruitment plans, through project planning, communication and action, that support the department's mission, vision, strategy, and tactical plans to assure alignment with business results and maximize service quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage recruitment campaigns and participate in Job Fairs.
Prepare weekly/monthly Management Reports on staff demographics, movements and other ad-hoc projects.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in the Human Resource field, specializing in Recruitment.
Possess existing contacts in the call center industry is a plus.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS office.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication skills with leadership.
