Recruitment Manager Human Resources

A newly setup recruiting company in Hong Kong is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager Human Resources to join them.

Job responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidates sourcing channels, posting job advertisements; interviews arrangement; follow up with clients, etc;
  • Source and screen potential candidates from various platforms to meet clients requirements and expand companys internal database;
  • Provide job consultancy to candidates, introduce job opportunities, negotiate salary package and provide matching between candidates and vacancy requirements;
  • Identify new potential clients;
  • Offer clients a quality recruitment process and propose relevant solutions that tackle their needs;
  • Prepare regular analyzing reports, market surveys, market comparisons and reports to management analysis and review.


  • Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent;
  • Work Experience in recruitment agencies or headhunters before is required;
  • Proven successful track record with solid customers contact and relationship building;
  • With the ability to develop new customers and coach with senior level of professionals;
  • Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills, resilient and able to work under pressure;
  • Aggressive and with strong desire to success;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
