We are now seeking for a RECRUITMENT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform end-to-end recruitment and selection tasks for different vacancies across departments
- Formulate and develop corporate recruitment policy and procedures
- Liaise with senior management on the development of talent acquisition strategy
- Source different channels on identifying right candidates from the market
- Liaise with hiring managers on manpower planning and resources allocation
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder or above
- 6-10 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in Recruitment & Selection
- Recruitment consultancy experience will also be considered
- Independent, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks
- Proficient with HK Labour Ordinance
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
