Responsibilities:

Provide recruitment services for clients from various industries by advertising to attract candidates, screening, interviewing, and giving recommendations for successful placements

Propose placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.

Service existing clients and to source for new business as required

Understand the requirements of the clients well for the job position and match suitable candidates to fulfil the clients needs

To provide appropriate solutions to clients to solve their hiring needs.

To build a good rapport with clients through service quality

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of recruitment experiences.

Confident, positive, and has the passion to work in the recruitment industry.
