DUTIES:

To implement effective and efficient recruitment and selection procedures, ensuring that all hiring are covered by proper authorized documents and follows established procedures in the hiring of the staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year working experience in a similar role in the international hotel
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
  • Strong candidate sourcing and channel developing capabilities
  • Have ability to lead campus recruitment projects independently
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Presentable
  • Communication skills
  • Good Health
