The Recruitment Manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Human Resource Units Recruitment Team, with the main purpose of ensuring the timely recruitment of qualified candidates to fill the open positions across the organization. The Recruitment Manager, in addition to managing the Recruitment team and monitoring its performance, shall also be responsible for the selection of suitable job boards or recruitment platforms, optimizing job postings, and planning recruitment campaigns especially in preparation for peak seasons. The Recruitment Manager shall also select, engage, and manage the performance of third party manpower vendors and recruitment firms.
