Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Possess CEI certificate
  • Responsible of end-to-end recruitment cycle. Driving the definition of role requirements, identifying the most appropriate recruitment channels, screening through resumes/ interviewing/assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and offer
  • Implement a SOP for recruitment, define/redefine job requirement and access The Company's talent markets to provide meaningful insights to the business.
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately and be responsible for accurate and timely hiring reports and to also measure existing recruitment channels, agency spend, recruitment metrics and adopt innovative methods to fulfil recruitment needs.
  • Coach line managers/supervisors to provide consistent career development advice, to develop and groom workforce and to also retain talent to meet future business or organisational needs.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve and streamline recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruitment and outreach events/job fairs as and when needed
  • Requirements

  • Min. Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Possess minimum 2 to 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Resourceful, effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to consult and comprehend recruitment needs from Hiring Managers and conduct effective talent search practices
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment process
  • Experience in using insights and data to analyze recruitment trends and advise recommendation with regards to talent sourcing
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Team work with positive mindset
