Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a dynamic and multinational Recruitment Team to provide recruitment solutions on local and regional basis
  • To build an effective go to market plan, the RM will develop the sector / specialism and contact networks.
  • Develop sales leads and strengthening client relationships, providing expert end to end recruitment solutions to meet divisional sales targets and growth objectives
  • The RM will proactively research the markets, enhance the knowledge of the discipline, talent pools and hiring nuances to become a true Subject Matter Expert, advisory and recruitment professional.
  • The RM is fully accountable for the 360 recruitment process to include: development of their sales discipline, forecasting and reports, through to business development, candidate sourcing / placement and client relationship management
  • The RM will be expected to show a higher level of competence in billing and buiness development.
  • To proactively research and analyse market changes and developments within the sectors, identify new emerging specialism and business opportunities. To develop new sectors on behalf of the business, build business capabilities
  • Developign client relationships and undertaking account director or major account management opportunities
  • Building business growth strategies and taking an active management approach in sharing business best practices with peers through coaching and development
  • The RM will requie to manage the recruitment division in the achievement of the KPIs. The RM may be required to hire, train and manage new recruits to help in the growth of the recruitment division.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experiene working in a recruitment agency.
  • Currently is holding a Lead RC or RM role
  • Proven track record of achievements made.
  • Managed P&L before
  • Has led a team of minimum 3 headcounts
