Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process from screening, interviewing, negotiating salary offers to facilitate the hiring and on-boarding process
  • Liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to identify and develop job descriptions, job requirement and specifications
  • Responsible for achieving monthly recruitment target
  • Identify and establish different channels to source for candidates
  • Profile and filter out suitable candidates for job matching
  • Manage the advertising of job vacancies via various social media platforms, newspapers and job search portals
  • Utilize job portal databases to headhunt for suitable candidates
  • Liaise with respective government agencies for career fair (Physical & Virtual)
  • Participate in job fairs and any other recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain a good relationship with candidates and see them through the completion of their probation
  • Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment channels
  • Weekly and monthly report for recruitment results and submit to Head of HR
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Conduct exit interview and provide recommendations and analysis
  • Assists in other HR functions e.g. monthly payroll processing, updating employee records, etc
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties by superiors from time to time
  • Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist or recruitment experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry
  • Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act and Tripartite standards
  • Strong know-how about recruitment channels and sources
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, organisational and numeracy skills with an eye for details
  • Numerically inclined with strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Good working attitude & self-driven
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail are important along with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Able to work on weekends or after office hours for recruitment events occasionally
  • Candidates with more experience shall be considered for Senior position.
