About the Role
The incumbent will be a strong team player who is keen to build a regional business
You should have proven Deals maker, Stakeholder Management skills , confident and polished in your presence, with exceptional communication skills, and should be looking to evolve and develop with a view to becoming a market leader in your respective specialism.
To Qualify for this role
You have at least 3 years proven either agency recruitment or solutions service selling experience
You will possess strong work ethics, with the ability to perform both in a team and individually, but most importantly embrace the process and have fun along the way.
You will have a strong sense of initiative, will be excited to learn, share and collaborate with the regional team, customer-focused with the ability to provide critical thinking and problem solving.
Solid knowledge of human resource functional areas and policies/practices, e.g., compensation, salary administration, recruitment, training & development
You will be paid a competitive base salary and the opportunity to make unlimited performance commissions/bonuses.
