Responsibilities:
Determine and fulfilling the companys talent needs.
Create and execute talent search strategies across a variety of product areas and functions, either focused on Product Development or on Digital Marketing at Yellapro.
Identify, evaluate, and present leadership talent to management across Yellapro.
Build relationships with leadership talent in the marketplace. Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
Leverage strategic thinking, influencing and coaching skills in order to run a successful search process and help hire talent.
Youre able to "find them, grow them, and keep them" and build high-performing teams in a variety of departments in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.
Com petencies and Requirements:
Ability to recruit talented and experienced candidates in the e-commerce and offline retail industry and to communicate and engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.
Ability to independently run and drive the talent search strategy.
Required: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred but not required: 5 years of recruiting and hiring experience working in a corporate environment; conducting a variety of searches with an emphasis on an individualized candidate experience.
