Details of the Division and Team:

The Regional Head of Talent Sourcing will be responsible for setting the direction of the recruitment function to ensure that Deutsche Bank attracts and hires the best talent across all divisions of the bank; which includes oversight of graduate hiring, on-site RPO/MSP support, on-boarding and regional internal mobility.

Key roles and responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions to continually respond to the fast, rapidly changing hiring environment, and looking for ways to proposition DB as an employer of choice.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end resourcing process, establishing practices, governance and exceptional candidate journey. Develops, analyses and utilises resourcing analytics to support senior leadership, HR Management Team and other key stakeholders in decision making and to measure the performance of the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Creates and utilises new processes, systems and tools as part of the Talent Centre of Expertise to attract top calibre candidates from a variety of sectors and countries via a strong employer brand and a compelling employee value proposition.
  • Drives continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition including reviewing and implementing talent acquisition directives, procedures and practices to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge management.
  • Provides expert Talent Acquisition advice to HR colleagues and the wider group as well as inputs into shared HR processes and practices.
  • Guide HR and non-HR stakeholders through evolving regulatory and compliance landscape e.g. with the Fair Consideration Framework in Singapore.
  • Contributes to transformation projects and process redesign across the function, including leading the implementation of change within the Talent Sourcing team.
  • Partners with business leaders and HR colleagues to support the delivery of the wider Talent Management Strategy.
  • Advises, oversees and influences senior clients on recruitment - particularly executive recruitment - to secure the best possible talent across geographic locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with different teams in order to share best practice; partnering with peers to ensure that the global/regional priorities are implemented, while reflecting and representing local priorities. Represent the site on global/regional resourcing committees and projects, ensuring the site has influence, input, and ownership for initiatives.
  • Leverage global/regional product expertise to ensure that DB is positioned as an employer of choice via a strong focus on branding and marketing. Embed the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into recruitment programs and processes to attract and retain talent for the Bank.
  • Working across HR work closely with other elements of HR function, including Advisory, Reward, Talent & Development, COO office etc, to ensure that greatest value is brought to the client.

  • Your skills and experience:

    This leader must:

  • Have extensive talent acquisition leadership experience on an international scale with core experience in the APAC region specifically of (one or more) Australia, HK, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, China and India which are the core hubs. Including;
    15+ years of experience in managing full-lifecycle recruitment & onboarding programs across graduate/ internships, contingent and professional hiring including experience in oversight of recruiting platforms (design, implementations, upgrades etc.), diversity hiring strategies, employment branding and attraction programs as well as hiring policy and local legislation governance.
    10+ years of experience in handling on-site RPO/MSP vendors including multiple vendor solution services
    5+ years of experience in on-boarding or HR operations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence various stakeholder groups to develop appropriate recruitment solutions for the organization. Be able to provide examples of your excellent stakeholder management skills in order to build and maintain strong working relationships with senior management globally
  • Proven leadership experience of multicultural teams across multiple locations with tangible success of driving performance from others through managing and leading both an internal team and vendor partners
  • Influencing change through effective verbal and written communication
  • Give attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and adherence to process
  • Present commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented ideas
