Details of the Division and Team:
This position would have Governance responsibilities within Talent Sourcing in the APAC region. The role is also the DB sponsor for MSP and RPO Vendor Management across Professional & Contingent pillars.
The ideal candidate will have a strong governance mindset with a process-oriented eye for detail and strong understanding of applicability of policies and procedures. They will be a subject matter expert, collaborative in their approach to driving results for various businesses, have significant experience in handling multiple stakeholders/complexity, as well as prior team management experience.
This role reports into the APAC Head of Talent Sourcing.

Your key responsibilities: Accountability & Ownership for the overall Talent Sourcing Vendor Governance in the APAC region. This includes vendors for Early Careers, Professional and contingent hiring. Ensure vendor standardization and adherence to all DB Policies such as Hiring Policy, Workforce Referral & Connected Candidate policy, Background screening policy, Contingent Worker Policy etc. within Talent Sourcing. Conduct monthly spot checks on the hires onboarded during a month on various parameters, as outlined in the global spot check template Represent APAC in regional and global process governance audits and ensure all the recruiters are 100% compliant from a policy and process adherence perspective Provide the required inputs for any regulatory requests for APAC region Manage life cycle of vendor contract process using various tools such as dB buyer, DBSR, etc. Ensure renewal & updating of vendor contracts to avoid the risk of them getting inactive or deactivated Act as Functional SME for various digital platforms including Workday, Beeline, Yello, etc. and represent APAC in the regional / global call(s) Partner with various HR functions including but not limited to Internal Talent, HR Advisory, HR Business Partners, MRP, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, Offboarding, HR Direct, etc. to enhance cross functional efficiencies Collaborate with Invoicing, Accounts Payable and allied functions to ensure timely and accurate payment is generated towards hiring vendors Build and maintain strong relationships with different teams in order to share best practice; partnering with peers to ensure that the global/regional priorities are implemented, while reflecting and representing local priorities.
Your skills and experience: 10+ years of experience in managing compliance and/ or governance Experience with RPO/ MSP Strong understanding of hiring policies, processes, best practices in the APAC region A process improvement mindset and constantly looking for opportunities to streamline and standardize workflows Multi-tasking capabilities for running multiple projects simultaneously Strong Individual contributor with eye for detail and ability to work well in a virtual team environment
