Job Summary

The Plant Human Resources Manager primary will implement the Company’s people strategy to attract, manage, develop and retain the talent needed to achieve short- and long-term goals in accordance business strategy and objectives.    

Job Responsibilities 

•        Establish goals to drive business objectives and ensure the people agenda is actioned. 
•        Develop talent strategy the supports growth, people development and engagement to strengthen organization health and nurture a high-performance culture. 
•       Support business units and line mangers effectively and efficiently, to address and avoid any potential or escalating issues. 
•        Analyse employment standards, regulations and law to understand how it may impact the organization.
•        Establish and manage a new welfare committee to strengthen employee relations in organization.
•        Partner with line managers and to identify, assess, reward and develop talent and morale. 
•        Participate in recruitment interviews, complete evaluation forms and support other key recruiting activities as needed. 
•        Work with line managers in terms of organization design, and implement local initiatives in alignment with business objectives. 

Job Requirements

•        Degree in business-related field preferred
•        Seven years’ experience, including in recruitment 
•        Experience in FMCG market highly preferred
•        Sound understanding of recruitment and performance management
•        Passion in people and motivation
•        Good command of spoken and written English
•        Able to work independently
