Our client is a leading famous fashion brand. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a high caliber candidate as a Payroll Manager to join their Hong Kong team.

Payroll Manager

Job Responsibility:

  • As a team leader to lead a team of in-house payroll specialists to oversee the payroll daily operations
  • Monitor and manage the outsourcing payroll vendor to ensure the high quality of deliverable
  • Oversee the tax matters of expatriate and seconder
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on payroll matters and related projects

Job Requirement:

  • A Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in payroll/benefit administration in which at least 3 years in supervisory role
  • Solid experience in retail industry is a MUST
  • Excellent in leadership and organization skills
  • Able to working under pressure, well organized
  • Able to manage a complex situation and multi-tasking
  • Be detail minded with strong analytical skills
  • Strong in communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese is a must
