Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team
  • Data maintenance
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Non final year student
  • Hard working, helpful and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tactful and sensitive in handling confidential information
  • Good prioritization and organizational skills
  • Good team player, self-motivated, meticulous and responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible and detailed mind
