Responsibilities

  • To support HR team in administrative work such as photo copying / preparation of related documents and materials
  • Data entry of employee information with high level of accuracy
  • Maintain various HR databases and filing
  • Undertake various administrative work of HR system
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement

  • Undergraduate who is studying HR or related degree / course is preferred
  • Able to work regularly Mondays to Fridays during 9am to 6pm (2-3 full days per week)
  • Able to execute accurately
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn and highly flexible
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Undergraduates are welcome
  • Commit to work when school term starts

Additional Information

  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time
  • Salary: $50/ hour
