Reporting into the HR Director, you will be leading a team of 4 include Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Career Advisory while covering the full spectrum duties across Organization Development.
Design new initiatives to develop talent acquisition
Lead Learning & Development function
Develop talent management
Enforce the company’s culture & performance
Our key requirements:
Bachelor Degree in HR or relevant fields, MBA is preferred
Minimum 8 years of HR management experiences in multinational companies, strong L&D experience is a plus
Dynamic and decisive
Influence and presentation skills
Good oral and written communication English & Vietnamese
Open-minded and flexible
Strong leadership & leading change
