This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build up their HR profession in a highly professional and fast-paced environment. You will be expected to support the recruitment activities and projects for various business lines, and in return, you will develop yourself as a subject matter expert of HR profession.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the HRBP team in delivering daily HR recruitment & Business Partner support, including preparing job descriptions, posting jobs, and arranging interviews.
Responsible for new employee onboarding, staff movement and offboarding logistics
Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
Handle staff inquiries on HR matters, and provide advisory services and connect to the right resources/ parties.
Manage Application Tracking system. Ensure all recruitment and onboarding documents are managed and processed in a timely fashion
Provide administrative support to policy drafting and HR analytical reporting
Maintain filing system, HR database, and e-HR records
Participate in HR projects and company initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR operations areas
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislation, and regulations
Self-motivated and customer-focused with strong growth mindset and learning agility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A good team player as well as able to work independently.
Proactive learner, attentive to detail and willing to work an extra miles
Able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Experience in providing HR Business Partner support will be considered as Senior Officer.
