Job Description

We are one of the largest publicly listed restaurant groups in Hong Kong with over 300 outlets in Hong Kong andmore than 100 outlets inMainland China. To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:-


Talent Acquisition

  • Work with business units to identify the manpower needs and effective recruitment strategies for both front-line and office positions
  • Engage in employer brand building to attract potential candidates
  • Deliver the on-boarding to new hires to ensure the satisfaction experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trend for recruitment, CB and welfare strategies in order to maintain the brand competitiveness

Employee Relationships

  • Provide advice to business units on handling staff disputes and disciplinary cases
  • Enhancing the staff relations and employee communication channels by conducting store pulse check, and other staff retention projects
  • Analyze and prepare related reports for management review


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related Business Discipline
  • 2-3 years solid experience preferably in catering or retail services
  • Candidates with store operations background will also be considered
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Outgoing, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, pro-active and with can-do-attitude
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
