Christian Action is a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation established in 1985. Our mission is to help the poor and disadvantaged in Hong Kong and Mainland China with particular emphasis upon displaced persons, irrespective of race, sex, religion or nationality. We are looking for high calibre to join the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, staff relations as well as payroll
  • Provide one-stop account servicing to designated departments
  • Assist in planning and organizing the staff relations activities.
  • Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years solid experience in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Proactive, meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keenness to take on new challenges and team work oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience in NGO is definitely an advantage
  • Immediate available preferred
