About our client

Our client is a Europe based retail company, their business focuses on the luxury lifestyle goods. They are looking for an experienced HR & Admin candidate to manage and streamline the HR functions across APAC.

Job Description

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare, relations & engagement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies/ initiatives which are aligned with business objectives
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates
  • Review HR policies periodically to ensure compliance to statutory requirements
  • Handle regional manpower budgeting/forecast and recruitment process
  • Maintain HR systems for better staff management across the whole business
  • Conduct employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards across Asia
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Solid knowledge of employment ordinance
  • Speak fluent English and Cantonese
  • Strong team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
  • People oriented, positive mindset and able to work in a dynamic environment
