As part of the HR team, the Engagement and Benefits (E&B) team is responsible for developing comprehensive staff engagement strategies, Work-Life initiatives and benefit policies which aim to create an engaged and effective workforce. Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee the administration and execution of Workplace Health Promotion programmes and Staff Welfare initiatives.
Oversee the administration of various Staff Benefits such as Leave, Dental and Medical Scheme.
Develop, review and drive Staff Engagement-related initiatives and key staff events such as Engagement Surveys, Dinner and Dance, RP-wide events, etc.
Review work-life policies and staff benefits to promote staff well-being such as Mental Wellness talks, Health Screening Exercises, etc.
Manage Staff Recognition Awards such as National Day Awards, Long Service Awards, Staff ExCITE Awards.
Assist in HRM matters such as Annual Declarations, Staff Insurance, Corporate Social Responsibility.
Serve as a HR Business Partner to assigned department and provide support and advice to the department.
Serve as a HR representative in cross-department committees such as RPs Work-Life Committee.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in other key HR areas such as HRM policies, business process reviews.
In carrying out the above activities, you will have the opportunity to work closely with RP Senior Management.
