Drive the execution of the Learning & Talent Development strategies; build a clear learning roadmap and strong learning culture with the organization
Design programme curriculum and promote a continuous learning environment through engaging learning experiences, career coaching, and performance & organizational development efforts
Establish a systematic and structured way of building current and future capabilities of the employees in both soft skills and functional skills through the diagnosis and analysis of the organizational learning needs and establishing a competencies-based learning and development framework to address any gaps identified
Collaborate closely with senior leaders and line managers to implement the Talent development vision and strategy
Ensure efficient and effective utilization of the central learning budget by leveraging on government training incentive schemes and putting in place metrics and reporting capabilities to measure learning effectiveness against business drivers and propose improvements if any
Manage the Learning Management system and ensure an effective and streamlined training management and process
Participate actively in shared team projects and deliverables and any other projects as assigned
Degree holder with at least 8 years of T&D experience across sizeable company in the areas of training and training design, group facilitation, and management leadership development.
Strong program management, instructional design, and facilitation skills and ability to support and mentor others in these domains.
Both strategic orientation and proven program administration skills - this includes organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
Experience in the development and implementation of designing and implementing leadership capability reviews and development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management and succession processes
Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently deliver results.
Strong executive presence and flexibility in relationships with managers and executives at all levels
Experience with training based metrics and how to use them to drive business results
