Our client, a German MNC in the retail industry, is looking to hire an HR Assistant Manager to join their Human Resource team on permanent basis.
You will be handling all the full spectrum of a HR Generalist position and will take initiative to drive changes and improvement within the department. You scope will include compensation and benefits, payroll, mobility, training and development and recruitment but will not be limited to these functions. Other activities include working with internal stakeholders closely on manpower planning, budgeting, analysis and forecasting functions.
You should have a diploma/degree in Human Resources Management or any related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. In order to succeed in this role, you must be independent, analytical and dynamic to support the team. Experience in the retail sector will be an advantage.
