Job Description:

Our client is one leading food manufacturer. They are currently looking for high caliber to lead the HR team for full-spectrum of HR duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, CB, performance management, succession planning, EE relationship, etc
  • Identify internal needs for the recruitment, training and development and CB adjustment
  • Responsible for annual performance review, salary review, CB review, salary benchmarking, etc
  • Plan and implement HR policies and procedures within corporate the group
  • Act as Business partner to work closely with Business Unit Heads on staff issue
  • Act as bridge between management and employees in handling staff grievances ad work-related matters
  • Handle HR projects implementation and evaluation
  • Assist to promote work safety culture as to enhance safety operation



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Track exposure in plant or manufacturing HR
  • Excellent knowledge of operating CB and HR practices
  • Well versed with labour law, employment ordinances and government policies
  • Strong in English and Mandarin capability
