Our client is a HK listed company with strong business growth in recent years. To cope with their growth, an opportunity has arisen within their corporate office

We are now seeking for a MANAGER, TALENT MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVLOPMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and implement organizational development and change management strategy
  • Design and deliver leadership training programs for senior executives across the region
  • Transmit corporate culture and value, mission and vision statement across employees in different countries
  • Liaise with business units leaders on the planning of talent development programs
  • Develop assessment tools and competency model on succession planning
  • Partner with external vendor on high-value training & development programs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years solid experience of which a focus in Learning & Development / Talent Management / Organizational Development
  • Preferably with Regional or Global HR experience
  • Excellent project management skills in planning, analyzing and organizing
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong presentation skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
