Job Responsibilities;

  • Delivering a consultative and high-quality talent acquisition (TA) service to the business, driving an outcome of high-quality hire to the stakeholders
  • Providing specialist TA advice and support to the TA Community, business leaders and other HR colleagues
  • Building strong talents pipeline for the growing business using various hiring channels with focus on direct sourcing methodology.
  • Promoting strong employee referral and internal mobility programs
  • Ensuring a great candidate experience for our job applicants by following through the recruitment process.
  • The ideal profile should have/be:

  • A recognized degree with reputable institution and iHRP certification will be a plus.
  • Strong recruitment background with preferably 2-3 years of inhouse experience will be a plus.
  • Experience in managing end to end recruitment process and handling volume hiring within ICT industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and is capable of dealing with people across all levels in a large, complex, fast moving organisation.
  • Excellent time and project management skill and has the ability to work effectively under tight deadline and pressure.
  • Experience using Application Tracking System (ATS) tools like SAP-Success Factor preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and innovation, particularly relating to candidate experience & employer branding.
  • Knowledge of key employment law principles (especially Singapore) related.
