You will provide high quality recruitment consulting services to the hiring managers for both vacant and potential hires for the business units assigned, as well as to meet the agreed key performance indicators.
Proactive consultative stakeholder management;
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life cycle;
Execution of cost effective sourcing techniques;
Regular contact and communication with the hiring managers to ensure an understanding of all business requirements andbuilding ongoing relationship;
Influencing and negotiation for role opportunities and salary requirements;
Ensuring operational excellence in the hiring process and data captured in HRCentral.
The ideal profile should have/be:
Good degree, and iHRP certification will be a plus.
Strong recruitment background and demonstrated success and proven experience in cross-border sourcing and recruitment in IT and/or Technology industry.
IT savvy, use IT systems efficiently and effectively. Added advantage with experience in SuccessFactors systems.
Excellent time and project management skills; ability to work effectively under pressure, deadlines and changing priorities.
Ability to promote and build a high performance culture through the attraction, assessment and selection of the highest calibre talent in the market.
Successful experience in managing the end to end recruitment process from advertising to offer, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment life cycle.
Experience in sourcing, managing searches, market mapping and head hunting.
Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast moving organisation with constantly shifting goal posts.
